Multifunctional Insulated Venting System
Specification
ICS 5000 is a multi functional twin wall insulated venting system designed for use on a wide range of heating, process, ventilation and service ducting applications, including diesel/petrol power generation equipment.
It is available in 15 diameters from 80mm - 600mm. The system provides optimum performance criteria for high temperature applications where positive, zero or negative pressure conditions prevail at the appliance or equipment outlets. Suitable for use at 5000 Pa pressure, and for higher pressure applications, please refer to Schiedel Technical Department.
The ICS 5000 system comprises of pipe sections, bends, tees and other insulated flue gas carrying components which are designed to provide individual independent expansion within the jointing system. Additionally there is a comprehensive range of support components and fittings, together with various pressure components which complement the product.
Application
ICS 5000 is suitable for internal and external use on a wide range of engineering combustion and process equipment. Applications include the following:
ICS 5000 provides for continuous operating temperatures of 600°C with short firing up to 700°C where high positive (H1), atmospheric or negative (N1) conditions prevail.
The 50mm cavity option is suitable for high temperature applications up to 600°C continuous firing where lower outer skin surface temperatures are required.

A multi-functional twin wall insulated venting system for use on a wide range of heating appliances, stand-by power engines, CHP and service ducting.
